Booking Process

For new clients , a convenient time will be arranged in order to visit you for a 10 minute 'meet & greet' with you and your pet/s, preferably in your home but happy to meet at a mutual location if preferred.

This visit is free of charge and it is a great way for me to make a connection with your pets and also ensures that you feel comfortable with me as I will be assigned to a very important task.

We will have an informal chat to discuss how I may assist caring for your pet/s along with a couple of important questions regarding your pets health, vet clinic, emergency contacts and anything else that may be of relevance to the booking. I will also provide you with a quote based on the services that you require.

There is no obligation to book after this visit.

For Walks bookings we will assess a dogs breed, age,health/medical issues, fitness and personality to determine the length and structure of the walk to tailor a suitable, safe and stimulating outing as well as allowing me to map out a suitable route.

For Pet Care Visit bookings please ensure that you provide enough food,  medication, cat litter supplies for the duration of the booking. 

Payment is required prior to service - I will issue an invoice 3 days before the actual booking for a bank transfer payment or we accept cash on the day at beginning of service. 

PLEASE NOTE : If payment is not received prior I am unable to proceed with the booking.

I will contact you the week before your booking to arrange key collection (if required) and to confirm that we are good to go.

Throughout your booking dates I will keep you updated via email/messenger or sms including  a photo and brief notes for your piece of mind.

In the case of an emergency or unforeseeable events I will contact you immediately or your nominated Emergency Contact if you are unreachable.

On the last day of booking I will contact you to confirm that you will be arriving home as scheduled so that your pet/s will not be left without care.
