Fiona is just brilliant with all of my animals. I travel with work and she looks after my two pups and then always checks on the horses and chickens whilst she's is here. The dogs love her and she always gives me updates. She's just a lovely, caring human being.

Fiona, (Mumma Bear critter care) is just A TRULY WONDERFUL pet carer!! Fiona, obviously truly loves and understands animals! And has a really high level of professional knowledge and experience with animals of many kinds, too! Fiona has minded our pets, ( 5 dogs and 2 cats with varying medical needs and issues, ) multiple times now, including coming to our home to feed, medicate, change litter, give cuddles and take dogs for walks twice daily, while we were all interstate for a funeral, and we came home to find 7 very well cared for and definitely ' non- stressed' pets! ( even though they had never been left alone like this before!) Fiona takes the time to really listen to all your concerns with regard to your pets, and makes copious notes, and really 'takes on board' your pets needs and also takes the time to really engage with them! And I am absolutely sure, that were any problems to begin to arise with their health or happiness, while they were in her care, Fiona is so well attuned to animals that she would pick up on such problems immediately and contact you and take the the best course of action. It has been such a blessing to us, to have someone like Fiona, whom we can trust completely, when needed, with the care of our precious pets! We cannot recommend her highly enough!

It has been absolutely wonderful having Fiona walk and take care of our two dogs - I hope she never retires! She really took the time to get to know them and their distinct personalities (and behavioural quirks!) with such patience, kindness and professionalism. Her communication is excellent and she is incredibly reliable. It gives us huge peace of mind knowing our beloved pooches are receiving such personalised and knowledgeable care.

Absolutely amazing and my puppy loved Fiona!! It took a lot of stress from my Mum, who was minding my Groodle puppy and my 2 other dogs. Fiona went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Fiona and I’ll definitely be using her again in the future!! Thanks so much Fiona!!

Fiona did a wonderful job at looking after my cat. She has a great vibe and my cat trusted her almost immediately. She performed all duties requested and kept me sufficiently updated as to how he was doing, which was great for piece of mind. I highly recommend!
